This looks a lot like our Technical and Further Education Colleges. Our students work with machines a lot and then spend time in theory lessons. How much time do your students spend in class?
It depends on which course,i try to spend most of the time whit practical subjects. If we find something intresting while we are working we try to gather the students for a "mini" theory lesson.
We try and do the same thing in Australia. If we find that there is something that is theoretical we often stop the practical work and discuss it. This then gives our students a context for their theory and we find this works well. Do you find this?
